Georgia Ya’ll
Spent this week exploring the city of Columbus, GA. But today we took a drive about an hour south to Providence Canyon State Park. Talk about the views! The short .5 mile trail behind the Interpretative center quickly gets you down into Canyon 5. The trees offer a pretty shaded trail through the canyon. We were thankful that we wore hiking sandals because the red mud was super clingy and probably would have ruined my other shoes. This land formation was created by poor farming practices. The best part was I got to spend more time with my daughter Sara.
